Martha Stewart doesn't "believe in anti-ageing".
The 82-year-old businesswoman and writer has explained that a healthy lifestyle is the secret to ageing gracefully.
"My feeling about good looks and about good health is that you have to start early - so 50 is a very good time to start!" Martha told People in a recent interview.
The TV personality continued, "I try to live a very healthy life. I eat extremely well. I take care of myself. I go to the gym no matter what, four times a week."
Martha then noted that taking care of her skin is a priority for her.
"I take care of my skin very, very well, and everybody can do that," she told the outlet. "I take care of my skin very, very well, and everybody can do that."
The author also revealed that she doesn't "believe in anti-ageing", instead opting for a healthy lifestyle.
"I really sort of practice what I preach," she added of her advice.
It was revealed this week that Martha is part of QVC's Quintessential 50, a collective of women who are helping the brand celebrate its new era called The Age of Possibility.
"When QVC came up with this idea, it was just so appropriate to me - look what I've done since I was 50," she said. "I started my big business when I was 50. Thirty years later, I am still creating businesses, selling amazing products and writing my 100th book. I'm one of the perfect people for QVC."
